How is Cards Rumble played?

Element first.
Then value.

Cards Rumble is played 1v1. Fire beats Venom, Venom beats Ice and Ice beats Fire, regardless of value. Within the same element the higher value wins; if element and value are both equal, there is no winner and play continues.
